Last week I was swamped over here with illustration projects and Etsy sales. On Thursday my e-mail was flooded with orders for the tandem bike print. One of the buyers mentioned that she found me through creature comforts, another fabulous blog about fashion, design and art. A big thanks to Ez for her kind words about my work!
As for the image above…I’ve always considered myself a bit of a late bloomer. This new little painting is a celebration of all the other sleepers out there. You can purchase a print of this image here.

Aim this is a striking piece, I love her expression and the colors and stripes. I feel like your portrait work brings a new character into the world each time, and it’s always exciting to meet them
